Returns & Exchanges

At Trish McEvoy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns of unused or gently used products within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS or FedEx return shipping label provided by our system to ensure your package is tracked and insured.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, including the packing slip, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
